10.45 – 11.30 Air Quality and Health Authorities – Our responsibilities
Explore how congestion and air quality affects health and presentation at NHS primary, secondary and tertiary care services, quantifying the financial and population impacts and introducing some of the approaches to improvement.
11.30 – 12.30 Air Quality and Place – Making better places to positively impact on air quality
Various presenters will explain how can we make improvements to our urban environments which have a benefit to air quality but which are also practicable courses of action.
12.30 – 13.30 Networking Lunch PLUS sustainable travel opportunity stands
The space around the meeting rooms will include stalls and presenters promoting and demonstrating initiatives and opportunities currently available in Bradford to reduce single occupancy travel, including the work of the Local NHS Trusts.
13.30 – 14.30 Air Quality and Technology – Mitigating health impacts with technological interventions
Various presenters – local initiatives to reduce the impact of transport on the environment and air quality with the introduction of technological solutions.
14.30 – 15.00 Closing Statement and Next Step Pledges
