Bradford Sports Awards 2020

The awards will take place on Thursday 12th March 2020 at the prestigious Utilita Energy Stadium, home of Bradford City FC.

We’re excited to announce the finalists for this year’s Bradford Sports Awards. There were over 235 unique nominations, which has now been wittled down to 53 finalists across 18 awards showcasing the district’s breadth of talent.

The Sportsman of the year finalists include Adil Rashid (part of the World Cup winning England Cricket Team), Andrew Dovernor (Great Britain Triathlete) and Dean Harrison (Isle of Man Senior TT Winner, Motorcyclist).

The awards also see Amy Hardcastle (2019 Telegraph Woman of Steel, Rugby League), Ellie Bowden (National Champion, Taekwondo) and Jasmin Akter (England Street Child Cricket World Cup player) among the Sportswoman of the year finalists.
