Keeping active at home
We're all now spending a lot more time at home than we might like, which is why staying as physically active as possible is more important than ever.
Official advice is to stay at home unless exercising, travelling to and from work where it can't be done at home, shop for necessities, childcare, education, provide care for someone who is vulnerable or in your support bubble, to keep yourself safe from domestic abuse, and for medical appointments.
Our routines have changed considerably over the last few months, and will continue to do so as guidance changes.
