What we offer
You'll receive 27 days of annual leave plus eight bank holidays, with the added perk of genuine flexible working - including the option to work from home twice a week and adaptable start/finish times around core hours (11am-3pm). We'll also be exploring trialling a four-day working week later this year.

Staff enjoy discounted gym memberships, support and opportunities to stay active during the workday, and five paid volunteer days each year to give back to the Bradford community.

We genuinely value the strength diversity brings to our team, and as a Disability Confident employer working towards becoming a Disability Confident Leader, we operate a guaranteed interview scheme for candidates with disabilities who meet the minimum criteria, as well as health and wellbeing support for all employees. Our inclusive holiday policy means in addition to 27 days leave, staff can either choose office closure days at Christmas or use them to celebrate another religious holiday such as Eid or Hanukkah.

Thanks to our brilliant Active Bradford members, we can also offer staff access to discounted tickets for Bradford City Football Club and other sporting events in the city* (*subject to availability).
